Customer Sales Officer


 

Job Summary

The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. They will be responsible for resolving customer issues and ensuring clients are satisfied with the products and services we offer. The Customer Support Representative will interact with customers via phone, email, chat, and in person to provide a high level of service. The ideal candidate is energetic, friendly, and loves interacting with customers.

Essential Duties

  • Answer incoming calls and emails
  • Provide accurate information on product pricing and shipping costs
  • Process orders in our inventory system
  • Process returns of product
  • Maintain a clean work environment
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Experience & Education Requirements
- Prior customer service experience is a must
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Customer orientation and ability to respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
